Why is it important to move in Circular Motion?

"Why is it necessary to move the Baby Q Plus around instead of leaving it in one place? Also what exactly is C-Factor technology?
Some people with sensitive skin may experience redness if holding the device in one spot for 3 minutes. You need to use caution when using your device, if you start to experience redness, make sure that you are moving the device around in a circular motion.     I can't get the baby quasar to move in a circular motion because there's too much friction. What am I doing wrong?

    We apologize, we were not receiving our email comments notifications. This is usually just a sign that you are pushing down to hard, you can also try using a serum before hand!
